Across Lincolnshire as a commissioned provider of Lincolnshire County Council, we offer a wide range of services for children and young people, children and young people with disabilities or complex health needs and their families from birth to 18 years old. 

The 王中王开奖结果 offers a wide range of services to support all children, young people and their families' recognising the value of parents and caregivers as their child鈥檚 first and most enduring educator. 

Children can come along with Dads, Mums, grandparents, or any member of the family or caregivers. Our services run Monday to Saturday flexibly to meet your needs of all families all year apart from Bank Holidays.  

Understanding the rurality of the County our services are offered in a range of local venues to support easier access to our services. The teams of Educators and Practitioners are friendly, qualified, experienced and understand the joy and challenge of being a parent or caregiver.  

We are proud to support RAF Waddington serving military families by providing a weekly term time stay and play group that is supported by the Royal Air Force Benevolent fund. 

This runs on a Tuesday from 10am to 11am at RAF Waddington.

Early Support Learning Provision

Early Learning Support Provision and Targeted Positive Activities are commissioned services by Lincolnshire County Council aiming to ensure Children and young people with Disabilities receive the right support at the right time to help maintain their quality of life, access high quality education, remain living at home with their family, and access their local communities so they can go on to live as independently as possible. 

Our support services offer parents and caregivers a short break with the knowledge their children are cared for by a dedicated, qualified and experienced team in a safe and enabling environment.  

Early Support Learning Provision 

The Early Support Learning Provision (ESLP) service provides families with children who have a disability or complex health condition in their early years up until they transition into full time education (Reception Year) provides social and learning opportunities for children as well as offering parents/carers a suitable break from their caring responsibilities at the 鈥楾ime to Play鈥 (previously named KIDS creche) sessions. 

Time for parents and carers and to Play for children 

In the FREE Time to Play sessions children in their early years will be supported by our highly experienced and qualified Practitioners who understand your individual situation and who will encourage your child鈥檚 development and independence and support the transition to be ready for pre-school and reception helping them to achieve their full potential. . 

Our skilled and experienced Practitioners who understand have a shared responsibility with parents and carers to ensure children are safe at home, school and in their community and will support access to other services and navigate the local offer with tips and advice. 

Time to Play are planned to the Early Years Foundation Stage and in an enabling environment where they can thrive and be the best they can be. 

It will operate for 1 hour and 59 minutes with time before and after for you to safely handover.

To access the Early Support Learning Provision, you will need to be registered with your local Children Centre, we can support you to do this if you are not already.  

 


Coming soon! Little Explorers Plus session for families who have a child age 0-5 with a disability or complex health need. 

Little Explorers Plus is a play session for children, parents and carers, providing learning through play opportunities. It supports forming connections and relationships with other children and adults, children can develop a positive sense of self 鈥 growing in confidence at their own abilities.  

Children and families are supported within rich, safe and enabling environment which is made accessible for the children. 

The sessions are facilitated by a qualified and experienced Practitioner providing a child-centred and enjoyable, using high-quality resources to focus on sensory, messy and tactile play both indoors and outdoors, with a particular emphasis on the benefits of outdoor play for learning and development.  

There is also a range of more specialist resources to support children who need it, and adjustments are made to the layout and provision to accommodate individual children鈥檚 needs. It is a group where families can meet others with similar issues in a friendly space.  

Please note, at Little Explorers Plus parents and carers are responsible for the children.

Targeted Positive Activities

Targeted Positive Activities offer a range of sessions being Community Groups, Youth Groups, and Holiday Clubs held at a variety of local venues across Lincolnshire offering a range of suitable activities in a safe and welcoming environment and giving parents and carers a short break for them caregiving time. 

  • Community Groups are for children with disabilities aged 5-18yrs. 
  • Youth Groups, for CWD aged 11-18yrs. 
  • Holiday Clubs, for CWD aged 5-18yrs. 

At the range of sessions children with disabilities and their families will be supported at the right time to help maintain their quality of life, access high quality education to encourage and support children and young people to remain living at home with their family, and access as many services in their local communities so they can go on to live as independently as possible. 

Each group is different with the children and young people getting to say what they want to do. With caring, experienced and skilled Practitioners who will enable those attending to socialise, join in and try new activities at a pace that is comfortable for each child and young person.

Holiday Club 

Holiday sessions are longer. They run from 10.00am 鈥 3.00pm and give us the chance to get out and about.
